Titanium Intelligence Game: Dragon Festival Race for Orthopedic Implant Makers

On the 30th of May, 2025, our company embraced the festive spirit of the Dragon Boat Festival by hosting a unique event - the ‌Titanium Intelligence Game: Dragon Festival Race for Orthopedic Implant Makers‌. This innovative initiative combined traditional celebration with educational and team-building activities, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of our orthopedic implant products among employees.

Kick-off and Warm-up Activities

The day began with a motivational speech from our leadership, setting the tone for an exciting and engaging day ahead. To warm up, participants engaged in a series of invigorating activities, including a spirited tug-of-war, which not only tested their physical strength but also enhanced team cohesion.

The Intelligence Challenge: Identifying Orthopedic Implants

At the heart of the event was a fun and educational relay race designed to test participants' knowledge of our titanium orthopedic implants. Teams were presented with images of various trauma plates and screws, including:

‌Clavicular Hook Plate‌, used for locking the distal end of the clavicle

Teams raced against each other to correctly identify and name these implants, showcasing their expertise and enthusiasm for our products. This activity not only served as a fun way to learn but also reinforced the importance of attention to detail in our manufacturing process.

The "Find the Fault" Game

Taking the educational element a step further, we organized a "Find the Fault" game where participants were tasked with identifying defects in titanium bone plates. Images of plates such as:
